PRACTICE CONCENTRATION & EDUCATION

Robert J. Hayes enrolled in St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio after having served in the United States Army in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operating Enduring Freedom. Mr. Hayes was honorable discharged from the United States Army with the rank of Staff Sergeant.

Mr. Hayes is a fighter in the courtroom as well; the well-deserved leadership awards he earned in the Army and in law school were clearly indicative of his present stature in front of judges and juries.  Mr. Hayes also focuses his energies on efficient litigation – he is intent on reaching a client’s goal in the most economic and efficient manner possible. Even when faced with adverse facts in the mistakes our clients may have made in their relationships, Mr. Hayes fights hard to work for the best outcome in the interest of the children. 

 

SPECIAL RECOGNITION

Mr. Hayes won recognition for his speaking abilities in law school competitions and received St. Mary’s University School of Law’s Student Organization Leadership Award during his third year at the law school.

Mr. Hayes served in the United States Army from 1997-2003, honorably discharging with the rank of Staff Sergeant (E6).  He was Airborne qualified and served in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operating Enduring Freedom before heading to law school.  His talents for interpreting military pay packets have served our clients quite well.

EDUCATION, LICENSURE and CERTIFICATION

Rob Hayes graduated in 1997 from the University of Georgia, Athens, with a Bachelor of Arts and Political Science.  He received his JD in 2006 and joined Lisa Vance and Dede Whitley in 2006.
