INITIAL CONSULATION
New Clients
Vance & Whitley, L.L.P., offer a thirty minute free consultation with talented paralegals who are able to generally discuss the firm’s practice areas such as family law, constitutional law and criminal defense. The paralegals can not, however, practice law and therefore never give legal advice. We find that prospective clients often inquire about our lawyers, their backgrounds and whether our firm might be the best choice for a future need. This free consultation does not include time with a lawyer and does not include legal service.
We will, or course, consult with respective clients on an hourly rate basis, to help them access whether they truly need a lawyer for the issues they present or if the potential client can solve a perceived problem without hiring an attorney.
